Solar Kingdom - Download

The Solar Kingdom demo is 15.8MB and includes a sample of what is on offer in the full product. The simulator demo includes the Moon, Earth and the Sun. The encyclopedia demo includes most of the Sun section and the introduction pages for the Earth and Moon. This demo is currently Solar Kingdom version 1.0

The demo version requires DirectX 6.1 or above, a windowed 3D accelerator is optional. Windows 2000, Windows XP, Windows 2003 and Windows Vista already have DirectX installed. You can download the latest version of DirectX from this link . Some people have reported that Solar Kingdom will not run because of a missing file 'hhctrl.ocx'. This file is part of the Windows HTML help system and is normally installed everywhere! However, for people missing this part of their OS, it can be downloaded directly from Microsoft here .
