Ensure the FTN95 utilities and examples components are installed. By default
these are installed in the 'FTN95 Examples' folder inside your standard Windows documents folder.
Use the sample in the subdirectory clearwin\di\s1Start.
Open resource.rc using your resource editor.
If you want to add more buttons etc. use the default control identifiers
provided by Visual Studio. These take the form IDOK, IDCANCEL, IDB_BUTTON1 etc.
which represent integers defined the a header file. Some of these appear in windows.h
(and windows.ins). Use the default IDC_STATIC identifier for
static text.
Open dialog.f90 in your text editor.
Build the executable using the supplied build.bat.
