Purpose

To set a control variable for a window.

Syntax

winio@('%cv',ctrl)
integer ctrl     (output)

Description

%cv has the same effect as %lw (Leave Window Open) but does not leave the window open. The returned value of ctrl can be used with %aw (Attach MDI Child Window).
